Also along the exterior you will find large storage areas, exterior speakers, a light at the entry step, plus a six-point hydraulic level-up auto leveling system. Inside there are stained hardwood cabinets, plus a deep stainless steel kitchen sink. The living room features night shades throughout to provide you the most privacy, plus there is a high-output entertainment system. Interior is in good condition, for the age of the 5Th wheel. Exterior is shiny, and is in a good condition! All the appliances have been checked, and they are in good working condition. We have purchased this FIFTH WHEEL from the insurance company. It has WATER/FLOOD damage announcement. The only water damage that we have found, is to the floor in the storage compartment, due to dripping water from a hose connector. Floor has been fixed, and a water leak has been fixed as well. Batteries won't keep charge, and will need to be replaced. There are some scratches around, but nothing major. Overall it is in a good condition. THIS TRAILER HAS TEXAS SALVAGE TITLE. We can get you blue Texas rebuilt title, if your state requires, within 3-4 weeks after we will receive a full payment. There will be a remark flood/water/damaged or salvaged on the rebuilt blue title, in the remark section, to let people know, that it had a previous salvage history before. It will be sold AS IS! You are more than welcome to come and inspect this FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER out, or you can send third party inspection company. Overall a VERY NICE TRAILER!!! These CAMPER'S are Hard to Find.
